By engaging with Mantis Media Group (“MMG”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

MMG provides marketing and advertising services to its clients. The specific services will be outlined in a separate agreement between MMG and the client.
3. Contact Consent
By engaging with MMG, you agree to be contacted by Mantis Media Group and its affiliates through SMS, email, and/or phone calls for marketing purposes.
4. TCPA Compliance
MMG complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). By providing your contact information, you consent to receive marketing communications, including but not limited to, SMS messages and phone calls, from MMG and its affiliates.
5. Opt-out
If you wish to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from MMG, you can do so by contacting us directly or by following the opt-out instructions provided in the communication.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information. MMG is not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or outdated contact information provided by the client.
7. Confidentiality
MMG agrees to treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement between MMG and the client. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in the suspension or termination of services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination does not relieve the client’s obligation to pay for services provided up to the termination date.
10. Limitation of Liability
MMG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Association].
